Massage therapy is not only an effective way to rectify muscle dysfunction, it's also a vehicle to embodiment.

From a young age I've always been fascinated by anatomy, science and bodywork. I hold a diploma of remedial massage, educated by The Melbourne Institute of Massage & Myotherapy. I have a versatile background in yoga teaching (YTT200), sports science, youth work and disability (Cert 4). From working across multiple allied health clinics in Melbourne, I continue to receive mentorship from senior osteopaths, myotherapists and physiotherapists.  I'm registered with the Massage & Myotherapy Association Australia, bound by our code of practice/ethics and continual professional development.

I've developed a keen interest in the way the body is interconnected. I'm deeply passionate about alleviating musculoskeletal pain, alignment and regulating nervous systems.
